Yes, Mods will be able to do this as well, but I just need an automated system for this, as it’s all manually editing the HTML files at the moment.

Ok, if it's just editing HTML, I could probably do it myself, but don't know about cipher. It may be 'safer' or more efficient to do the automated system though.

I dabbled with html im mainly focusing on visual basic for now.
