Untested ICEE Maker v1.16

In theory the app works fine, but I have not gotten around to testing it as of yet. If anybody's willing to try let me know how it is on their devices.

Runs for a few seconds then crashes on iOS 7.1.2 iPhone 4
Crashes on splash screen on iOS 9.3.5 iPod touch 5 and iPad mini 1
Can anyone test on iOS 5?

Just tested it on generation 1 iPad, IOS 5.1.1. It also runs for a few seconds, then crashes.
