Safari does not download .IPA files. Your best option is to use Google Chrome and select 'Open In' and choose IPA Installer (from BigBoss), or Filza/iFIle, and use IPA Installer (from BigBoss) to install this. Another option is to use a computer with iTunes. We are currently working on a front-end for seamless on-device downloads, so this issue should not be around much longer.

Hate to bump this thread, but it gives you a weird JSON error now if you try to sign up.
