hi, im here to ask about an error, so basically this error that says unable to parse package file appeared and now i cant see my tweaks installed, or even install new ones, i have tried hard reboots countless times, but nothing works, any solution?

PS: my device is an ipod touch 3rd gen running ios 5.1.1
