Best Video is a video downloader that slipped through on the App Store. It works on iOS 7 through iOS 10. It has a built-in web browser for you to search videos on, you tap the video, it starts playing, then it offers you to download it to your device. You can then watch it from the app, or put in your Camera Roll. First time uploading, have no idea if I got this right
