These were made by Critical Thought Games, they were tower defense games that were mostly a lot of sparkle and pizzazz, but they had genuine challenge and were tons of fun. The first one's fairly free-range while there was also GeoDefense Swarm which was more based on a hex grid. NeoDefense is actually a TD that's currently on the app store and is the closest thing to GeoDefense Swarm in style, but only style.

They've clearly been delisted due to iOS 11's 32-bit exodus, they still exist but only if you've got one of those cockamamie Windows phones. The only other thing I recall is it having OpenFeint for some social network garbage.
I haven't found a single IPA for this game, not even the lite versions, any links I have found are long dead. Trying to get into a community right now that might have it, and I haven't gone deep enough in these "untested" bundles posted along the submissions to locate it.
