I searched the waybackmachine iPA Archive, and I finally found an old version of Twitch. I did test this on my iOS 10.3.3 iPhone 5s, and I can confirm it's not apple ID Locked, but There is unfortunate News.
You sadly can't sign in, which is why I put it as partially working. I tried signing in to my account, but it gave an error.
If someone could crack this iPA and make the sign in work, that would be great.
This iPA Also Supports iOS 11 And Later as it is Version 5.1.1
