Here is an .ipa for Skee-Ball Free. The game was released in Early 2011. The game was removed in 2014 (that includes all Freeverse games), and it is not on your purchases section.
I was able to back it up, thanks to the trick on getting the Removed Apps.
This app requires iOS 4.0 according to the Info.plist section.
Unfortunately, this app is Apple ID Locked, but luckily, if you own iOS 6, you can bypass the Apple ID pop-up.
