It’s still on the App Store you can use Adowngrader or app admin to downgrade the app

App admin isn’t available on iOS 5.1.1

Adowngrader is for older iOS versions it should work on iOS 5 too

I have version 7 and can’t update to version 8.3.0 so a downgrader wouldn’t work
