Here is a collection of 448 .ipa files, but they are cracked.
Originally these apps were encrypted, so I decided to crack them for older iOS devices.
Some of these apps require iPhone OS 2, iPhone OS 3, iOS 4, and iOS 5. It is usable on iOS 6-10 devices, but some of them may not work or glitch on iOS 9, or iOS 10.

Credit to qinplus for the original .ipa collection. It is on archive.org.
