I have been looking for an old yelp ipa for awile, but i can’t seem to find one.

I may have found a working browser for iOS 3.0. I have no way to test it, though. It's particularly small, so I don't know if it's even a valid IPA. I tested this on iOS 6 and the browser works fine, but has a strange position of the navigation bar/panel/top bar whatever. Good luck testing this.
