This tweak works on Spotify 1.8.1.8 iOS 6 but we can't download nor block ads, just unlimited skip, previous, turn off shuffle and play individually. I think it may work on newer iOS versions too.

Can someone please help me out in installing the cracked spotify version 1.8.1 ipa. I am not used to apple devices. I have downloaded 3u tools and when importing the ipa file it doesn't install saying jailbreak is needed. As some of you pointed out app sync also requires jailbreak. Is there any way to do it other than jailbreak?
