Well i've got the fix for you guys.
First up is you gotta install openssh on your device, a simple search for "openssh" without the quotes in cydia will turn it up. Install that and reboot, after you should get winscp and putty. I'd use portable binaries for easier cleanup. Now you need a way to ssh into your phone from your pc. There are various methods for this but I suggest you just use ifunbox. In winscp put 127.0.0.1 as the ip, root as the username and alpine for the password unless you changed it. Press connect and copy over the deb. Now with putty put 127.0.0.1 as the ip address and log in as root. Type dpkg -i <PATHOFDEB> and it will install. Now your done!!!!
