Want to access your iDevice's filesystem on mac without using the commandline? Fear no more, just grab CyberDuck on your mac and you're good to go.
Install OpenSSH from Cydia/Telesphoreo and reboot.
Note the iDevice's IP address from settings > WiFI > network > IP address
Then, open CyberDuck on your mac and click on Open Connection, select SFTP (SSH) protocol and put in the iDevice's IP address, username root and password of root (default is alpine, please change with passwd in terminal) Then click connect.
If it asks you to trust the device's fingerprint, trust it.
That's it, you can upload files by right click > Upload in any directory (I recommend Media)
